The place in dormitory is offered for students. There are rooms for 2-4 people. The rooms are furnished.
Provision of living depends on available rooms and it is not obliging. You have to make an application for living in dormitory during the time of preliminary register.

• Procedure for filing an application for assignment of the place in dormitory

You need to to make an application for getting the place in dormitory during the preliminary register during the time of preliminary register and adhere to timescales of living fee.

• Staying period (the number of rooms is limited)

1 term: from 1 September 2016 to 31 January 2016
2 term: from 1 January 2016 to 30 June 2016
Attention! To make an application for getting the place in dormitory in summer time from 1 July to 31 August you have to enquire with the manager of dormitory.

• Description of rooms

Students are offered different types of rooms in dormitories. Nevertheless, take into account of ample quantity of requests, the student can choose the place of living. The University provides the student with place of living according to the available places in dormitories.
The room is for 2-4 people. On the floor there are: toilet room, kitchen.

• Order of settling to dormitory

The places in dormitory are offered for students in virtue of:

• order for admission;
• letter of intent;
• application for settling in the dormitory;
• medical certificate;
• order of settling.

During the installation in the dormitory foreign students must:

• familiarize with the rules of living in ASUCE dormitories;
• get through an instruction of safety training;
• enter into a treaty of recruitment of living accommodation.
